Harbor Shack: Your Destination for Mexican Seafood Delights in Rock Hall

Had a great time for lunch. Crab dip was really good. We had taco salad. Mine was traditional ground beef and the wife got fish. The bloody marry was amazing and loved the Rockarita. If in the area will come again.

We were in the area for a triathlon and were in desperate need of some dinner. We were a group of 6 adults and one child so we weren't sure how quick they would seat us but we got a spot right away. But the service was pretty slow. Understandable since they were busy but we waited a long time to even get our order in. The food was pretty good and we had wanted to order more appetizers and things but with how slow service was it wasn't worth it. Seems like one of the better choices for food in the area tho!

This Harbor Shack was packed! Our first time visiting and we truly understand why we had to wait a half hour. The food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is lively, the view is beautiful and the staff friendly. The steamed Shrimp was cooked perfectly. The cream of crab soup had lots of back fin in it. Our salads were fresh and cold. The Chicken Chesapeake was delicious and the Shrimp and crab mac & cheese was super creamy with a ton of shrimp in it. The prices are spot on and the portions just right. You can sit inside, outside or at one of the two bars. The staff is amazing they really bust their tails. Don't forget to check out the gift shop.

Great Marina sports bar type of Restaurant! Cream of crab was pretty good... Oyster stew even better! Fish Tacos were outstanding, Shrimp Salad fairly good and burger was outstanding! French fries were perfectly fried and crispy but a little too salty. Overall A GREAT lunch in a very nice atmosphere. We arrived by boat and parked right at the dock.

The Harbor Shack is one of the best places on the Bay. The quality off the food consistently exceeds the price. Management has hired excellent professional bartenders, servers, and helpers to keep things moving. On top of that, it’s just a fun place. You have a dining room, a bar, and a covered outdoor area that’s dog friendly. If you’re driving expect asphalt, gravel, and lawn parking. If you’re boating, it’s got a nice marina alongside. The menu is large, varied and fresh. Expect a crowd and a wait if you’re visiting during peak hours. The wait is bearable because there’s a lot of seating, and you can order from the bar. Expect a crowd of locals and boat folks. Be prepared to enjoy yourself. READ THE DISCLAIMER ON THE 1st PAGE OF THE MENU from management. My only complaint is that it isn’t open year round. I believe they could turn a solid profit in the offseason, too. Enjoy yourself, and don’t be an a$$hole.

Stopped here on a whim. It was a beautiful Nov day and the deck was open. Nothing I like better than sitting outside eating and drinking on the water on a sunny day! I had the crab and shrimp quesadilla which was yummy and a tasty grapefruit crush!

Beautiful place on the water. Had a great BBQ sandwich. View is great. Staff is great. Look forward to coming back.

Good food. Had Crab imperial and soft shell crab. Others were having typical "bar" food. Lots of seating. Live music when we were here starting at 7pm. Great views of the marinas
